Upon entering the spacious great room, you are greeted with soaring ceilings and an elegant living and dining area.  Sliding glass doors wrap around the entire ocean side of the room, revealing stunning views and opening onto a large, covered dining and lounge deck. Perfect for cooking, dining and socializing all in one place, the great room hosts a well-appointed kitchen with large island with bar top seating for six, and an indoor dining table that seats 10. A large lounge provides a deep seat sofa and 4 comfy swivel chairs.  The great room also features a wet bar with wine chiller & drink fridge. 

 

Just across the hall lies a large private den, with a giant Smart TV and comfy couches that can accommodate a group.  There is a half bath and washer/dryer room further down the hall.  

 

Two large, master suite bedrooms are situated on opposite sides of the great room.  Each has a  king bed and private bath and tiled shower. The master bedroom on the east side of house features a private coffee deck and large sliding glass door onto the main covered deck. This master bath not only features a beautiful glass indoor shower, but also leads to a beautifully appointed, private outdoor shower as well. 

 

The remaining 3 bedrooms are all private entry and accessed via outdoor covered decks & stairways. Two Bedrooms are located in “The Tower” to the East. The top floor offers a king bed with en-suite bathroom as well as dressing area, mini fridge and coffee maker.  The first floor bedroom is great for sharing with a queen and a twin bed, en-suite bathroom, with a dressing area, mini fridge & coffee maker. The deck up top of the Tower provides an intimate roof top gazebo with a comfy outdoor lounge that is ideal for quiet sunbathing, spectacular sunset happy hours, and star-gazing.

 

Last but not least, you’ll find “Below Deck” with two queen beds, each with a stowaway twin, and an en-suite bathroom with combo shower tub. “Below Deck” has its own ocean view deck with an outdoor ping pong table in the sand and a hammock. 

 

Ample comfortable seating can be found everywhere on Rock Point's muti-tiered decks for lounging by the pool or enjoying an al fresco meal at the eight-seat dining table. An outdoor shower is located between the pool and the Tower.  Rock Point is solar-powered, but also has a back-up generator so staying powered up should never be an issue. Starlink is the internet provider with unlimited high speed data no matter how many devices are connected. Smart TV’s are found in the two main house suite bedrooms, the den, and “Below Deck”.  A propane bar-b-que grill is situated conveniently near the kitchen.
